Try Before You Pay

For cash-on-delivery orders, you can try on your items while the courier waits.

If you decide not to accept the order, you can return it immediately with the courier and only pay the delivery fee.

Once the order has been accepted and paid for, no refunds are available.

Please make sure to check the size, fit, and condition of your items before accepting your order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customer Responsibility

Please make sure your phone number, delivery address, and order details are correct, and that someone is available to receive the order.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to receive the order, this may cause a delay in delivery.
