Try Before You Pay

For cash-on-delivery orders, you can try on your items while the courier waits.

If you decide not to take the order, you may return it immediately with the courier. The delivery fee will still apply.

After Delivery

Once you have accepted the order, paid for it, and the courier has left, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please make sure to check your size, fit, color, and item condition before accepting your order.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos so we can assist you.
